Traditional farms are gradually transitioning to smart farming, utilizing automated control systems to significantly reduce labor requirements while stabilizing farm productivity. In our park, we have established a micro-farm equipped with sensors that collect four key environmental and soil data: humidity, light, temperature, and soil moisture. This data allows for precise irrigation timing, ensuring stable water supply to enhance the quality and yield of leafy greens. The relevant agricultural environment data is also synchronized with the Yawan Data Platform, enabling real-time monitoring and visualization.

Ellis Technologies, Inc. offers customized software, cloud services, and packaged solutions, including the "Construction Site Quality Deficiency Management System" and "Indoor Personnel Positioning Management System." The indoor positioning system enables real-time tracking of personnel locations, duty status, and retention time, with data synchronized for oversight. It features an intuitive dashboard with electronic roll call, electronic fencing, and emergency alerts. When personnel enter restricted areas or face emergencies, immediate alerts ensure safety. Operations staff can monitor vendor needs while collecting data to verify personnel status. Daily data syncs to the platform for real-time display, effectively showcasing the startup terrace's operational scenarios.

This case is proved on the official website of Startup Terrace. It’s the first collaboration between Startup Terrace and Mifly. They combined Web GL virtual reality and Chatbot for online tour which lets users feel immersive through the computers. Startup Terrace and Mifly keep optimizing the user's online tour experiences by AI technology which makes the VR experiences is not just about browsing, but also about interactive dialogues between the intelligent guide and you that creates a new experience with proactive information pushing and real-time question and answer functions.
