(1) Vital Startups: start-ups in digital technology-related industries such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, or start-ups with the prior written consent of the Chinese Enterprise Office. The above-mentioned start-up enterprise has completed company registration or business registration in accordance with the Company Law or Business Registration Law of China and has been established for less than 8 years; or registered with foreign legal organizations and established for less than 8 years. However, if the aforesaid establishment period is determined by the agency, unit or professional consultant appointed or entrusted by the executive organ to be relaxed, it shall be determined by the above-mentioned period.
(2) Service Enterprises:
1. General new venture: a domestic business that has completed company registration or business registration in accordance with China's Company Law or Business Registration Law and has been established for less than 8 years; or registered with foreign legal organizations and established for less than 8 years. However, if the aforesaid establishment period is determined by the agency, unit or professional consultant appointed or entrusted by the executive organ to be relaxed, it shall be determined by the above-mentioned period. In addition, enterprises that have been approved by the relevant start-up subsidy of the China Enterprise Department or selected by the entrepreneurship (Italian) competition can enter without review.
2. International accelerator: a legal person or institution established in Taiwan to assist the rapid growth of start-up operating companies, investing resources including workspace, capital, teachers, coaching and training, etc.
3. Entrepreneurial talent training business: a legal person or institution that cultivates innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
4. Auxiliary business or professional services of life services: business that provides various support or professional services required for the development of start-ups, such as specialty catering, smart business travel, unmanned shops, financial institutions, logistics services, telecommunications services, health care, legal or accounting consulting services, etc.
5. Other undertakings approved by the Review Committee: groups that do not fall into the above categories, but still need to encourage the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in accordance with policies or other relevant needs.
