Eligibility Requirements
Startup Businesses
Legally incorporated local and foreign sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited partnerships, companies, and foreign companies with branch office registration in accordance with the Company Act. Must be a startup within five years which meets any of the following conditions：- Those who have been a resident in other startup centers or startup incubators but have left due to expiration of contract and still need a space for residency.
- Recipients of the Department's innovation and entrepreneurship related subsidies or winners of entrepreneurship/innovation competitions.
- Those who meet the conditions provided in the "Ministry of Economic Affairs Working Guidelines for Registration of International Startup Incubation Organizations" and are recommended by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
- Those recommended by international accelerators subsidized by the Startup Terrace.
International Accelerators
Legally incorporated local and foreign sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited partnerships, companies and juristic persons, and foreign companies with branch office registration in accordance with the Company Act which meet any of the following conditions: - Those who have been a resident in other startup centers or startup incubators but have left due to expiration of contract and still need a space for residency.
- Those approved for subsidies by government agency related accelerators.
- International startup incubators certified for residency by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
Other Co-Creation Partners
For policy compliance or other related needs, those who do not fall into the above categories may still join as a resident upon approval by the project review meeting or the mentorship committee or recommendation by the Department.
