New York is a global hub for both finance and technological innovation, home to major industries such as finance, healthcare, and AI.
With a diverse ecosystem of emerging startups, multinational corporations, and vast resources, the city provides unparalleled opportunities for innovation and business expansion.
Since 2022, Taiwan’s SMESA under the Ministry of Economic Affairs has launched the IP2 Scaleout Program to support high-potential Taiwanese startups in expanding to New York, helping them tap into global business opportunities.
Program Overview
In 2025, the program will partner with EntreCamp, a global startup accelerator, to provide intensive business training, hands-on market strategy workshops, and one-on-one pitch coaching. Led by U.S. industry experts and venture capital mentors, the program will equip startups with the tools needed to successfully establish their presence in the U.S. market.
